The service is supported by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which commits NgREN to industry standard service delivery benchmarks. The service support framework is woven around a video conferencing operational guideline to be given to members upon subscription. NgREN provides a multi-party control unit for multi-party conferencing session between groups of members and also provides an automated scheduling service.
NgREN can also provide a bridge for member conferencing with external parties within and outside Nigeria.
